The main reason I booked this place is because of the manager Orly. She knows perfect English. We really needed her advice on a couple of issues. The first one was where to exchange dollars for Shekels. The next issue was extremely important. I got really burned in a shower in Jerusalem. I went back to Orly right away because I didn’t know what to do. I don’t know anyone In Jerusalem. Because of her I don’t have permanent scars. I started getting better right away after she treated me. It was not like a suntan burn. It was far worse. I’m back in America now and 90% healed going onto 100%. You have to treat it right away or it becomes a permanent scar. If you have not been in Israel before I highly recommend this place because of Orly. We were 3 people. My son slept on a couch. It was so comfortable. He fell asleep instantly.

This is the "Hidden Gem" you hear about but have never experienced. On a scale of 1 to 5 this space is a 10. This is a beautiful apartment with all the comfort of home. This gem is located in the heart of TelAviv. The location is local to shopping centers, hi tech industry, entertainment, and some of the best restaurants in town. The train station is only a few blocks away, busses and taxis available everywhere. Orly, the spectacular host has brilliantly decorated and furnished the apartments large rooms with comfortable beds, a sofa and lots of closet space! Big screen TV, full kitchen and a work area round off this amazing space in the heart of TelAviv. Orly responded instantly to any questions I had and took the time from her busy schedule to be there personally when I arrived to welcome me and familiarize me with everything I needed to know. I'm sure I will not want to stay anywhere else on my upcoming visits, and I'm sure you will feel the same way. I have no connection to the apartment owner and was not paid or otherwise compensated for this review.

From March 20-29 2023 I booked the 'City Apartment', (1 Double Bed with Sofa bed, Ensuite, City View) The apartment is very spatious. It was clean, everyday things you need are there, from iron to microwave, from knife and fork to pans, from flat screen TV to wifi. Even a choice of pillows is available. Really, everything you need is there, just have a look at the pictures and description on their website, what you see is what you get! The location is perfect. Very centered, so very much is within walking distance. Restaurants, markets, stores, shopping centers, beach, train and bus. I heartily recommend this place, not in the least because of the host of these apartments, Orly. She literally makes you feel as close to home as it gets, right from the start. Always available with good care and/or advice. Invisible when you don't need it. I will definitely be staying here more often on my future vacations. I don't feel like looking for another hotel or apartment, as was always the case in the past. Orly, thanks with an extra kiss on top! Tessa. (from Amsterdam, Holland)

Extremely dirty and unsanitary place. The sheets, couches, and towels are all old, worn out, and covered in stains. The host makes no effort to dust. I had allergies every night and couldn’t sleep. To make matters worse, the windows aren’t insulated so you can hear all the noise from the street. The bathroom smells like a public toilet in a bus station. We found an open tampon underneath the towels the host provided. You literally feel dirty just being there. When you bring any of the hygiene issues up to the host, she gets hostile and combative and starts making up the most ridiculous excuses. She even tried to convince us that people in Israel are just dirty at one point and we should accept it as a cultural norm. It was shockingly offensive. I have traveled all over the world and can honestly say that this was the absolutely worst stay of my life.
