First time going to HaSalon and had an incredible dining experience. We were seated at the Chefs Counter where we enjoyed watching various fresh foods be prepared right in front of us. The artichoke appetizer was perfect. Couldn’t dine in without order their oyster which were so fresh. Want to thank our servers Brandon and Miguel for such a lovely experience. They were amazing to chat with and so knowledgeable about all the dishes. They really made the dinner all the more enjoyable.

Adolfo is amazing. He treated us with great kindness and explained all the variety of foods. Also the kanikao and Chef Andrew are also the best. They walked us through all the variety of foods and flavors. We will be back.

Dining at HaSalon Las Vegas was nothing short of extraordinary. The experience at the Chef’s Counter was amazing. Being up close to the action added a layer of excitement that you just don’t get at a traditional table. The food was both delicious and inventive, a true celebration of flavor and creativity. Each dish was a surprise—in the best way possible—beautifully presented and bursting with bold, unexpected combinations that worked in perfect harmony. You could tell the kitchen takes pride in pushing culinary boundaries. And then there was Tony, our server and guide for the evening. His attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and effortless charisma made us feel completely taken care of while still part of the fun. He struck the perfect balance of professional and personal, and his enthusiasm was contagious. HaSalon isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a show, a party, and a culinary adventure rolled into one. Whether you’re a foodie or just looking for an unforgettable night out in Las Vegas, this spot delivers on every level. We’ll absolutely be back.

Is 10 stars an option?! HaSalon is phenomenal—amazing food, incredible service, and such a fun vibe. Nick, our server, was so attentive. Must-try beet carpaccio, perfectly cooked skirt steak, and a Caesar salad worth raving about. We loved it so much we came back after the Backstreet Boys concert for the DJ and nightlife—bartenders were exceptional. Can’t wait to return!

We had a 6:30 PM reservation but weren't seated until 7:02 PM, which honestly made us want to leave. What's the point of a reservation if you're waiting over half an hour? That part was frustrating and really set the tone for the night. Once we finally sat down, though, the food was great--we had lamb kebab, a bunch of appetizers, their pita, and desserts, and everything tasted really good. If anything, I think the chef is a bit heavy on the salt, but other than that, no complaints about the flavors. It was also very loud. We regretted going on a Friday night because it was almost impossible to have a conversation. My parents-in-law are in their 70s and 80s, and they were really uncomfortable with the noise. The music itself was good, but the overall volume made it exhausting. On the bright side, service was fast and our waiter was great--funny, knowledgeable, and super attentive. That helped, but it didn't fully make up for the bad start. Overall, food is five stars, but the experience wasn't. If you go, maybe aim for a quieter night-or just be ready for chaos.
