Restaurant is consistently good and busy. Eel and salmon was really good, tuna could’ve been better. They have Asahi on tap! Avoid the gyoza.

It’s just the best place for Japanese-style sushi and steamed rice dishes. Been a customer for over a decade and the quality has always been top-notch. The atmosphere is a bit canteen-like, but I love it.

Best sushi in all of Berlin – I’ve been a customer since childhood. I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. This is authentic sushi, just like in Japan. Of course, the focus here is on traditional fish creations, so it might not be the first choice for vegetarians – but that’s exactly what makes it so true to its origins.

Value for money deal. Fresh fish. Not gourmet but simple traditional sushi sets .

After great reviews, and indeed arriving to a busy lunch service I was extremely and sadly disappointed. Extremely poor vegetarian selection, none of which were exciting or flavoursome. Also had a salad which was basically just a bowl of undressed lettuce and a tiny amount of unripe hard diced avocado. Didn’t finish it. I ordered a yuzu mochi which was if I recall between €2-3 and was only 1 mochi ball. It had just been taken out of the freezer and was rock solid frozen. I could not even make a dint in it with my bite. I told the wait staff I couldn’t eat it and would not pay for it. In the end I paid and took it home and waited until it had thawed somewhat. The staff a little too shortly told me it was an ice mochi. I know what an ice mochi is. It’s not a rock hard frozen ball guys. Sorry. I won’t be coming back.
