What An experience let me tell you! Michelle was all of the atmosphere and entertainment we needed. What an absolute Gem of an employee she is. Made our whole experience. She was chatting it up with every customer, playing with the kids, cleaning house, crackin jokes. What an absolute asset to the company. It was like coming into mommas house and she was there to take care of you! If we weren't just passing through we'd be beasties. Absolute must stop! Food was delicious and super fresh as always! Thanks Michelle! ❤️

Gotten food to go twice now. They messed up my order and asked me to come back to fix it rather than just refunding me. Not convenient or good service. Both time it took extra long to get my food as well (they apologized for the wait). And it's not even that delicious. Probably not returning.

I was not greeted when I walked in, however I was being stared at me while I stood by the register, even then I was not acknowledged. I then figured out that I could order at the kiosk which was not what I wanted to do. There was a delivery driver waiting ahead of me which wasn’t even acknowledged, he has to stand there for a while waving his phone. At the same time, a few Caucasian patrons came in after which were all greeted on entry and had someone take their order immediately with a smile. That is when I started to feel the unwelcoming silence. Waited about 12 minutes for 4 orders of chicken bites. The dining room was clean to the eye and there was ample seating do those who dined in. The nuggets were very breaded with minimal chicken. While eating the nuggets warm, we could taste the oiliness from all that soaked up in the breading. Once it cooled down, the breading starts to fall off the little piece of chicken. The most interaction I had with the staff was when the very nice gentleman shouted my name when my order was ready.

40 minute wait for 2 cold burgers. The fries were fine. Most tables were empty, but every single one of them was covered in food residue. I have fond memories of shake shack being good, but over the years it has greatly enshittified. Understaffed, and diminishing quality. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the one staff member they had interacting with customers seemed great. Running around like a madman dealing with frustrated and impatient customers with a smile and positive attitude. Also, they have a baby changing table in the bathroom which is nice.

My first time in this place! I took out ordered a burger 🍔 very basic but honestly it was fresh-delicious and the guy in the counter was funny and nice. I’ll be back!
