The usual SCAMMERS... I bought 50 kg of cured meats for business. I first asked if they had customers in Holland, since I only work exclusively with top-quality companies. They forgot to tell me they had a reseller. As if this wasn't enough, they sent me the cured meats without any type of packaging, even when I had specifically requested vacuum-packing them several times, even to the owner over the phone. They took their time to let the legal deadline for me to return a product that didn't meet my requirements expire. They refused when I looked for a possible solution to a mistake they made... Never again, and I don't recommend them because there are so many good companies and people who deserve to be promoted and supported.

An experience for the eyes but also for the palate, the hand-cut raw ham from the black pigs of the Nebrodi is delicious, we stocked up on both meat and cheese and cured meats... the girls who work there are very nice and very knowledgeable, we will definitely come back to visit them, thanks for everything

From cured meats to Nebrodi Black Pig meat from farms where the pigs are kept free in the woods. A raw ham of unique goodness, black pork rolls with pistachio which, cooked in 5 minutes, melt in the mouth generating a unique pleasure! And then there are the purely local cheeses that maintain that flavor that distinguishes them from industrial production. Of course the prices are not very low but because there is serious work and quality of the product behind it. And as someone said on TV some time ago: "seeing is believing!" :)

I was there a week ago. The really good and professional owner let us taste practically everything. Excellent products. But a raw ham of this level should also be offered hand-cut
