This might’ve been the best chicken I’ve ever had—and I say that as someone who loves roast chicken but can be hesitant to order it at a restaurant. Perfectly cooked, deeply flavorful, total showstopper. I also went from eel-skeptical to full-on super fan thanks to how beautifully it was prepared here. The handmade pasta was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails? Straight-up transported us to the Amalfi Coast. The wine list was full of surprises in the best way, and the sommelier guided us to some really unique, delicious glasses that made the night even more special. The vibes, service, and every team member made it a perfect night. Already dreaming about my next visit.

I Cavallini is a great new chapter for Nick Curtola and the Four Horsemen team. My expectations were high but were met. Everything was fantastic - from the restaurant design to the affordable, Italian influenced wine list and polished, unique cocktail list. The food itself exceeded expectations. Many dishes were revelatory, including the fried eel toast, pesto pasta, roasted peppers, and melon sorbetto. The ability for Nick and his team to make vegetables taste incredible is a true gift. The food tastes homey but also elevated and surprising with each bite. Service was friendly but there was a delay getting our food initially but I know the team will make service seamless in the upcoming weeks.

Excellent service and amazing staff here. They were extremely attentive. Appetizers: - nervetti: good cartiledge and it was flavorful 4/5 - culatello was the best with the puffy pastry by far 5/5 it is a must get - Food: - bugateggi was great pasta; felt authentic, filling, and flavorful 4/5 - farfallone was a big bow tie pasta and really delicious with the bacon 5/5 - cod had very little flavor and tasted a bit sea/raw. I would not order that again 1/5 and I eat a lot of cod Dessert: - tiramisu was excellent and not too sweet; portion was massive 5/5 Overall, drinks were excellent, the appetizers were delicious, and the entrees were very mixed. Would visit again to try but would not line up.

This place was such a vibe, the focaccia was the bread of my dreams and all the pastas had excellent texture. The two mains we got were not super impressive but the lamb sausage was better than the fish. Tiramisu can probably be skipped We would love to come back again!

One of the best dining experiences we have had in a while, from the exceptional Bucatini to the amazing staff (shout out to Rashaad who went above and beyond and even brought us some additional tomato's when he heard how much we loved them!), the attention to detail was greatly appreciated and made for amazing night!
