One of the rare places where I enjoyed everything about the dining experience. So much flavor and spice in every single bite and dish! The interplay between acidity, spice, and richness all worked so well together, with nothing overpowering anything. I highly recommend trying the mushroom hummus! It had such great smoky flavor and depth of flavor. For the mains, we really enjoyed the lamb kabobs and the long rib - both were so incredibly tender and had the texture of brisket just melting in your mouth. You cannot miss knefeh dessert! The crispiness of the thinly shredded phyllo blew me away. All the components soaked in the rose water syrup just worked perfectly together and was not too sweet. It was the perfect way to end the meal. Along with the food, the dining experience, atmosphere and the service was excellent. The restaurant decor and vibes were beautiful and our waiters were very knowledgeable and on top of water refills and providing clean towels/napkins wherever we got up. All of the small details, from the food to the live flame candles felt thoughtful and intentional and I highly highly recommend trying Albi at least once!

Albi was outstanding. We ordered a la carte and everything was absolutely delicious. Loved the open kitchen and the whole atmosphere. Service was top tier - servers and sommelier were helpful, knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Food highlights: arayes, smoked tomato kibbeh naya, smoked urfa labne with fresh pita, maqluba. The halva bar and labne soft serve were the perfect finale! Highly highly recommend!

Lovely food! Some of the best middle eastern dishes I’ve ever had. Despite going for the lounge experience, which is mostly drinks and little bites and mezzehs, it was such a delightful experience and really enjoyed the taste. I’ll be back for the full tasting menu!

I’d been looking forward to my reservation at Albi for some time and it did not disappoint. Our reservation was late but the vibes inside were fantastic. They’ve done a great job renovating this place. We got the Sfeeha, two Khubz, and two Mezzes, plus some soft serve at the end. It was definitely enough food for two people. The Khubz, specifically the Mushroom variety, was the standout. Honestly, everything was delicious though. I would look forward to going back and trying something else! One disappoint was the service. Our reservation was at 8:15 but we were not seated until close to 8:30. We were also seated in the bar area and often had to wait 15 minutes between dishes. This was unacceptable but I I’m chalking it up to them being newly reopened.

Really good middle eastern food. Some standout dishes. The BBQ lamb kabobs were my favorite; it had a superb ‘green harissa’ sauce. The use of chili was unique and added a ton of flavor (I think it’s a fermented chili honey). And the grape leave lamb dish was also very tasty. The service is slow, so plan accordingly. Other dishes were a little flat. The mushroom hummus was supposedly a popular one but the mushrooms themselves didn’t add much. It was an OK dish. So was the grilled beets. The Knefa was very rich and sweet. I don’t think it was much better than I’ve had at a lower cost. The plating is superb. Overall, it’s a high quality place with a beautiful experience and some interesting flavors. Though, the price per dish is a bit much for what it delivers.
