Fantastic experience! We are so glad we came here. Our host Giuseppe welcomed us with so much kindness. He served us dinner picked by himself to let us taste different meals because we didn't know what to eat. Every meal was so tasty, fresh and well done. The best restaurant we had in Catania, food was amazing, the stuffed sardines were excellent and the swordfish so well cooked. The owner was very friendly and even made us taste a homemade Marsala from his friend at the end. Highly recommended!

This place saved our culinary trip. Everything was perfect – the flavors, the atmosphere, the experience. We had several dishes there on our second-to-last day. I can highly recommend the mussel soup – definitely in my top 2 mussels I've ever had! On top of that, the pasta alla Norma was absolutely delicious – the best I’ve had so far (and I’ve had quite a few to compare). My partner had the beef, which was also very tasty. The service was very friendly, and I especially want to thank Giuseppe, who took great care of us. We were served delicious bread with olive oil while waiting for our meal, which made the time pass pleasantly. The atmosphere was so enjoyable that we came back the very next day, just before leaving. Once again, Giuseppe made our experience extra special. My partner had sea bass – I think it was the fish of the day – and I had calamari ripieni. We were both very happy with our choices. The meal started with fresh bread and olives. We truly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sicily, and especially Catania. It has an exceptional vibe and authentic cuisine – in our opinion, the best we experienced (and we tried many restaurants across the island).

Centrally located among the other restaurants in town, this place is a gem. The food is outstanding, especially the swordfish, which is prepared to perfection. What truly elevates the experience is the owner’s genuine warmth and friendliness, something you don’t always find elsewhere in Sicily. A visit here is a must and comes highly recommended.

A nice restaurant on a street without car traffic. The food is delicious! We ate the "fish of the day", which was not only tasty, but also very soft. The pasta with lobster was also delicious! The tiramisu is one of the best we have ever tried. At the end of the meal we were treated with a homemade almond liquor, which had an exquisite taste😍 A big thank you to Giuseppe for the great food and a warm ambiance!
