Walk through a small door in Yaffo and get transported to Japan! Daniel takes you through an incredible experience with multiple small courses with a mixture of traditional bites with a modern flare. The vibes were amazing, the all you can drink sake was on point. 10/10 would recommend if looking for a fun and unique experience you won’t find anywhere else in Israel.

From Ja-ffa to Ja-pan through little steps. You enter a comfy space of 12 lowered seats and enter a unique dining experience. The full menu consists of 22+2 different dishes and the whole experiences last like 2.5-3h. Each course is a delicious bite to enjoy. The chef's explanations are short but precise and the complementary sake gives to the full experience. Try to secure your spot - though it's hard to get one - it's in high demand. For very good reasons!

Wow! Just wow! This is hands down the best Japanese restaurant in Israel! Every dish was not only beautifully presented but also incredibly delicious and unique. The service was exceptional, with the chef personally explaining each dish and going above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend this place—it’s a must-try!

The traditional Japanese omakase dinner was exceptional! My wife and I really enjoyed the entire evening and almost all the 18 courses were amazing. I haven't visited Japan yet, so I can't really attest how close it was to authentic Japanese flavors. The dishes were very delicious, fresh with high quality ingredients. The hospitality was great, and the atmosphere was rather intimate as the dinner took place in the salon of the chef's home in Jaffa. The guests are sitting on low chairs on a Tatami mattress. We dined with another couple on a table for four on the side which provided some privacy, the tables for couples are very close creating almost a shared dining feeling, maybe the layout depends on the number of guests for the specific meal. We liked the whole concept, but it's not for everyone's preference. The Chef, Daniel Schiff, personally greeted the guests and introduced each dish as it was served. I highly recommend it for people looking for this kind of dining experience.
