One of the best and only places open at the moment, to hang out, eat and smoke cigars in Tel Aviv. They have a decent choice cigars (I took the Gurkha Grand Reserve) and the food is good. I ate an entrecottes steak, and it was very good. This place is just above the Whisky Museum.

This is the kind of place that surprises you a lot. You thought about a small shop but the underground is astonishingly huge and beautiful. Definitely one of the most surprising places in Tel Aviv. With so many kinds of whiskey, it is a must go place. - The food is also amazing, very tasty! - We got some of the bone asado which was a delicious but surprisingly small dish - Prices are fair Highly recommended but book a table in advance.

The lounge offers a superb atmosphere and elegant decor, with an excellent selection of cigars and an outstanding whiskey collection. My sole drawback is their indoor cigarette‐smoking policy, which unfortunately overwhelms the room with unpleasant odors, ruining the expected aroma of a cigar lounge and detracts from the overall experience.

We ate outdoors. The food was nice and the service was very good. Our waiter was very nice and treated us very well.
