MOTEK, a Miami-based restaurant celebrated for its Tel Aviv-inspired, modern kosher-style Mediterranean cuisine, is expanding to Boca Raton, Florida. Scheduled to open in early 2025 on Boca Raton's Restaurant Row, this seventh location will be MOTEK's first outside of Miami-Dade County. The 220-seat restaurant will feature both indoor and outdoor dining, offering a blend of Mediterranean warmth and modern elegance. The menu will include popular dishes from their Miami locations, such as the award-winning Arayes Burger and beef kufta kebab, alongside new creations exclusive to the Boca Raton branch, further emphasizing MOTEK's Tel Aviv roots and family traditions. Founder Charlie Levy views this expansion as a significant personal achievement, aiming to provide not only exceptional food but also a genuine celebration of cultural heritage and hospitality.
