Ruthie Brudo

Ruthie was only 34 years old when she founded the Coffee Bar right after returning with Matti to Israel from New York. Three decades and dozens of successful places later, she is the pounding heart of the R2M Group. Ruthie is present in every decision, from small to large, with the same courage and passion: from the planning stages, through pricing and menu building to the lampshade color and leaflet adorning every dish and plate.

Ruti Brudo is a celebrity chef in Israel, born August 28, 1961, in Netanya. She and her husband, Mati Broudo, own R2M Corporation, a hospitality and restaurant group. She has been involved in several television shows, including presenting the cooking show "MKR HaMitbah" in 2018. She has invested in foodtech startups.
